The Moondrop web-shop will use your personal information to give you a good and personal service and to handle your order optimal.
Your personal information will not be used for commercial purposes.
The Moondrop webshop handles a standard delivery term of 24 hours, unless it is stated at the chosen product. That means, orders placed and paid before 17:00, the order will be delivered the next working day in The Netherlands. For other countries we handle different delivery terms.
All prices are inclusive 21% VAT
For orders above € 50.00 we do not calculate shipping costs in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Order under € 50.00 we calculate € 7,70. Shipping costs in other countries you can find at the shipment page.
When you do not want to purchase the product for what kind of reason, you have the right to send back the product within 14 days after receiving it and cancel the agreement.
Send backs will be accepted when the product is unbroken and unused in the original packaging.
Broken or not correct deliveries can also be send back.
You can criticize the product the same way as you can do in a shop, je can fit the product, but not use it.
Please do not send back products without sending an email with mentioning your order number to email@example.com. Please mention if you want to send back the product, or if you want to exchange, then mention the new article number and size. The customer service will inform about the procedure.
U can choose for:
- Forward payment through bank transfer T/T, you must transfer the money to us. Your order will be send out after receiving the full amount.
The treatment of you payment is depending of the bank you use to pay.
NOTE! The buyer need to pay the transfer cost.
In collaboration with Molly we can offer you the following payment opportunities
- iDEAL (only for the Netherlands)
- Credit card (Master Card, Maestro and Visa)
After receiving the payment, the order will be send out within the mentioned delivery time,
The payments will be realized with a protected and coded connection. All information will be removed directly after using the transaction. For more info send email to firstname.lastname@example.org or check www.molly.com
By using a credit card transaction we legal reserve to check your payment extra, which can cause some delay on the delivery time of your order. You do not get any message from our side.
